(B, C) PDGF-AA neutralization resulted in a significant reduction in NHLFs invasion and significant increase in wound closure. There was no effect of PDGF-AA neutralization on IPF fibroblasts; however, in both A549 only controls and IPF co-cultures it significantly reduced wound closure.
