Granulocytes were placed on a porous membrane that touched a chamber containing buffer, N-formyl-methionine-leucine-phenylalanine (fMLP), SAP, or fMLP and SAP. Migration was carried out for 2 h at 37°C. A total of 25 μl of granulocytes from the bottom chamber was counted with a flow cytometer.
