CpG oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) stimulation lessens bleomycin-induced fibrosis. (A) C57Bl/6 male mice were injected with 0.25U bleomycin intrathecally on day 0. (B) On day 14, 50 μg CpG ODN was administered intranasally, and lung collagen was measured by hyroxyproline on day 28.
