CSD peptide inhibits the bleomycin-induced accumulation of CD45+/ColI+ fibrocytes in lung tissue. Sections from saline-treated mice receiving the CSD peptide (CSD) or the control, scrambled peptide (Control) and sections from bleomycin-treated mice receiving the CSD peptide (Bleo/CSD) or the scrambled peptide (Bleo) were harvested ten days after treatment, then stained for CD45 (green) and ColI (red).
